Flagship initiative

Pollen Advocacy Pilot Project

An initiative created to support small and medium charitable organisations in designing and delivering efficient and effective formal consultation, evaluation, and advocacy frameworks.

Pollen Advocacy Pilot Project

Why it was created

Smaller charities and community development projects are often closest to the challenges people face, but have the fewest resources available for consultation, evaluation, and policy development to provide evidence-based advice to decision-makers.

As a result, valuable community insights can struggle to reach those with the influence to shape planning and funding decisions.

This project exists to bridge the gap between services and the needs of individuals through inclusive and responsive listening.
