About Nyle and NL Consulting

Nyle Lennon is the founder of NL Consulting and Project Lead of the Pollen Advocacy Pilot Project.

He has worked for over a decade in charities, advocacy groups, and member associations in Ireland and Brussels, building effective policy, advocacy, and communications infrastructures that seek meaningful, person-centred change.

Founded in January 2026, NL Consulting works with charities and community organisations to develop practical, evidence-informed approaches to consultation, policy development, evaluation, and advocacy frameworks.

The flagship initiative is the Pollen Advocacy Pilot Project, helping organisations translate community expertise into evidence-informed advocacy and policy development.
